Green is her favorite color. She can't help but appreciate it more.

Green, like his eyes. Watery with rage or sparkling with pleasure, beautiful. Shutting with a smile as he fights, and fights, and fights. Widening in surprise, or in pain, or in any other feeling that she always feels the urge to either encourage or shut down, to help him grow stronger—to be where he wants to be, where she wants to be. With him, somewhere.

Somewhere at the stop, where she'll lack nothing, including him. Where she'll support those she cares about, with him included. For better or for worse, one day. For rich, and not poor ever again.

Green, like his hair. Curly; wavy; shiny, like he always seems to seem. Fluttery, like she was when he first saved her—like she is, even now. Like he was, when he first saw her. Like he might be now, or even maybe not. It doesn't really matter, so long as he's happy and still fighting on.

That's what she admires after all.

Green, like an emerald, or a broken bottle that shimmers on the beach, where it shouldn't be, but it remains, because despite her knowing that it's wrong—and dangerous; a distraction; a precedent for potential pain—it's still so beautiful. So she lets it sit.

Is it love? She doesn't know.

But it's something.
it's been a while! I've been into BnHA! Ochako and Izuku have had a healthy mutual crush-thing going on since the very beginning, though neither of them have their plates empty enough to pay it mind, so that they'd recognize it.

Ochako, at least, knows that something is there, and she wants to shut it down. There are plenty reasons why I hope she succeeds in pushing it aside, but at the same time, it's so cute to consider!

I loved it! I think it describes Uraraka's feelings accurately, and I like your usage of the color green. Symbolism, I think? Not sure, but nevertheless I like it.
