Personality

Hayako is confident and overly optimistic. Despite being extremely academically intelligent, she tends to lack common sense on ambiguous or emotional matters in which she is directly involved; meanwhile, she picks up on the emotional cues of other fairy quickly, proving to be observant, though she rarely minds or cares enough to mention them. Due to this, when she speaks, she's straightforward. She works best when stressed, but without being pressured, she can be quite lazy. To this end, she doesn't work well with others. She doesn't even name her own techniques.

Quirk and Abilities

• Blast to the Past [dubbed by Ochako] (過去に爆風 Kako ni Bakufū): It gives her the ability to teleport back to any person, place, or thing she'd encountered before. 
• Florida Go!!! [dubbed by Izuku] (フロリダGO！！！Furorida GO!!!): Where she looks, she is able to teleport to. She doesn't quite like the name but Izuku's the one who gave it to her so she uses it anyway, though she calls it plain 'Go!!!'

Hand to Hand Combat: Her fighting style is heavily influenced by tae-kwon-do. She learned it while in America (and not Korea,) surprisingly. On that note, she spent her middle school years learning abroad as a foreign exchange student in the USA, seeing as she's clearly an international-marriage child.

Equipment and Weapons 

• Hayako Wrists - This equipment on her wrists have a circumference of holes, through which she is able to shoot out pressurized bullets of air without overtaking her 20x20 radius limit.
• Hayako Shoes (Setae Shoes) - At the bottom of each of her soles, there are two retractable metal bars that extend from the toes to the heels, made of Geckskin - essentially making her capable of sticking to things when they're in use. This makes it possible for her to teleport onto vertical surfaces without risk.
• Hakako Belt - Inside the pouch, there are aspirin and other pills to minimize the drawbacks of her quirk, as well as bandages and ointments essentially making it a first aid kit.
• Switch Blades - She uses two switch blades since her quirk isn't actually offensive.
